How this place happened

Guy Fieri's new Venture started as a wrong turn off the Strip and stayed that way. The dining room is small, the flattop is not, and the menu has one idea it will not put down.

Come hungry. The herring is red, the plates are hot, and the mural of a drive-in has never once served a car. If you want something quiet, this is not that room.
